Paypal

MyWebBrochure currently only accepts payments by Paypal. At the time your order is placed, funds will be deducted from your Paypal account. MyWebBrochure will setup your site only after the transaction clears in Paypal.

PRICES

All prices listed are in US dollars. The billing for your order will also be in US dollars. Your total order price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Please review your order carefully prior to submitting it for processing. MyWebBrochure reserves the right to change prices for products at any time.

RETURNS

You may return your webbrochure within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. You may also elect to keep your domain hosted with bluehost and only return our software. You must provide us with your current Bluehost password so that we may destroy any MyWebBrochure Software residing on your server. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for your paypal account to be credited.

NOTIFICATIONS

For products ordered from mywebbrochure.com, MyWebBrochure will email an order acknowledgement upon receipt. Once the order has been processed and your brochure has been setup, a notice that is also your invoice will be sent via email. SALES TAX (MI RESIDENTS ONLY)

MyWebBrochure will charge sales tax based on the billing location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of setup. If the sales tax rate for the state to which you reside changes before the product is setup, the new tax rate in effect at the time of setup will apply.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• MyWebBrochure is not responsible for typographic errors.
• MyWebBrochure reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
• All sales are governed by Michigan law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.

CANCELLATIONS

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once submitted, our automated processing will quickly send your order into production and we may be unable to make changes, cancel, or refund your order.
